What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM - 6PM, and Saturday from 8AM - 1PM. We do not operate on Sundays.
What types of payment options do you accept?

At Colonial Exteriors we accept checks, cash, credit cards, Venmo, or Zelle as forms of payment.
What areas do you provide services in?
We work all over the state of Connecticut but mostly in the following areas:
- West Haven
- Milford
- Orange
- Woodbridge
- Oxford
- Bethany
- Shelton
- Trumbull
- Monroe
- Brandford
- Guilford
If your town isn't listed, give us a call as we are more than happy to expand our boundaries for those who are in need of our services.
Do you offer roofing warranties?

Yes! Each roofing application has a roof warranty. As the jobs we do vary, your warranty will be tailored to your specific project.
Do you provide services in languages other than English?

Yes! Our roofing family speaks both Spanish and English.

What shingles do you use?

We typically use Owen's Corning shingles, but are more than happy to match the current roofing if necessary. Learn more about our shingle services here.

Yes! We install ridge vents on homes or commercial buildings. You can find more information here.
How long does a typical roofing job take?

On average, a residential roof will take about a day. Depending on other factors like the outside elements, the amount of damage, and materials used, it can take up to 3 days.

What size gutters do you install?

We typically install 5 or 6 inch gutters that come in a variety of colors to best match the style of your home or building.
